Agadir Shore Excursion : Agadir Sightseeing Tour

This 4-hour tour takes you from Agadir Port to see the city’s sites and landmarks, as well as exploring some surrounding areas. You will visit the city’s medina, its kasbah, the fortress ramparts high above, and the outlying village of Inezgane, where you will find a souk (bazaar) of crafts, Moroccan spices and silver jewellery.

After being collected from the port, you will be driven along the beachside promenade to see the city’s medina, a handicrafts space created in 1992 by the Italian artist Coco Polizzi. Climb to the city’s kasbah, with its breathtaking views overlooking the harbor, as well as the fortress, built in 1540. Snap a few photos stop of the ramparts hanging over the Atlantic Ocean. Travel down to the modern city via General Kettani Avenue and Hassan II Boulevard for an outside look at the Town Hall, the Law Court and the Post Office. Move on to the city center and see the Grand Mosque of Agadir, a modernist style structure very unique among Morocco’s mosques. Continue the drive along Mohamed V Boulevard to the Miami-like holiday resort of Inezgane, located on the north bank of the Sous River, south of Agadir. Inezgane offers souks and craft markets, famous for their spices and silver jewellery. Afterward, you will be transferred back to your cruise ship in Agadir port.
